At a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Arcade, Wyoming County, New York held on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at 5:00 P.M. there were:

PRESENT
Mayor Michael Doster, Deputy Mayor Hugh Ely, Trustee Ginger Comstock, Superintendent Larry Kilburn

ALSO PRESENT
Police Chief John Laird, Paul Burkett

ABSENT
Trustee Richard Kosmerl, Trustee Daniel Reisdorf

NOTICE
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, notice of this meeting was given to the media on February 19, 2004, published on February 26, 2004 and posted on the 26th day of February, 2004.

BUDGET REVIEW
The meeting was for the purpose of a work night on the Village Budget.  Time was spent reviewing the general fund budget.

ADJOURN
There being no further business to come before the board, the meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m. upon motion by Mayor Doster and seconded by Deputy Mayor Ely.
