At a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Arcade, Wyoming County, New York held on Friday, February 25, 2005 at 3:00pm there were:
PRESENT
Mayor Michael Doster, Trustee Paul Burkett, Trustee Richard Kosmerl (3:15pm), Trustee Daniel Reisdorf, Superintendent Larry Kilburn, Clerk/Treasurer Joanne Offers
ALSO PRESENT
Deputy Village Clerk Temporary Pam Beiersdorf, Al Nobel (until 3:30pm)
ABSENT
Deputy Mayor Hugh Ely
NOTICE
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, notice of this meeting was given to the media on February 17, 2005, published on February 24, 2005 and posted on the 24th day of February, 2005.
BUDGET REVIEW
The meeting was for the purpose of a work night on the Village Budget. Time was spent reviewing the Water, Sewer, and General budgets for 2005-2006.
ADJOURN
There being no further business to come before the board, the meeting adjourned at 5:07pm upon motion by Trusteen Reisdorf and seconded by Mayor Doster.
