PERMISSION TO ATTEND WORKSHOP
Motion by Trustee Burkett and seconded by Mayor Doster, Superintendent of Public Works Kilburn be granted permission to attend the erosion and sediment control workshop on March 1, 2006 from 8:30am – 3:30pm at the Buffalo Airport Holiday Inn, Cheektowaga, NY. This all-day workshop will cover many issues to comply with responsibilities under the NYSDEC General Permit No. GP0201 for Stormwater.

Superintendent of Public Works Kilburn was directed to prepare a solid waste collection bid package.
PERMISSION TO ATTEND TRAINING
Motion by Mayor Doster and seconded by Trustee Burkett, Superintendent of Public Works Kilburn and Clerk/Treasurer Beiersdorf be granted permission to attend the NYS community development block grant small cities program training on February 27, 2006 from 1:00pm - 2:30pm in Warsaw, NY.

Clerk/Treasurer Beiersdorf announced that the State Board of Real Property Services has established the following special equalization rates and certified change in level of assessment factors for the 2006 assessment roll:
For use in determining the assessed value of oil and gas rights 100.00
For use in computing agricultural value ceiling assessments 100.00
For use in computing alternate veterans exemptions 100.00
