Motion by Trustee Burkett and seconded by Mayor Doster, Superintendent of Public Works Kilburn be granted permission to attend the erosion and sediment control workshop on March 1, 2006 from 8:30am – 3:30pm at the Buffalo Airport Holiday Inn, Cheektowaga, NY.  This all-day workshop will cover many issues to comply with responsibilities under the NYSDEC General Permit No. GP0201 for Stormwater.
