At a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Arcade, Wyoming County, New York held on Wednesday, March 13, 2002 at 7:00 P.M. there were:

PRESENT

Deputy Mayor Frank Wood, Trustee Ginger Comstock, Trustee Hugh Ely, Trustee Richard Kosmerl, Superintendent Larry Kilburn

ABSENT

Mayor Michael Doster

ALSO PRESENT

Police Chief John Laird, Greg Schuyler, Dan Reisdorf

NOTICE

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Public Officers Law, notice of this meeting was posted on the 11^th day of March, 2002.

BUDGET REVIEW

The meeting was for the purpose of a work night on the Village Budget.  Time was spent reviewing the general budget and water budgets. The sewer budget was presented as balanced with no rate increase.

ADJOURN

There being no further business to come before the board, the meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m. upon motion by Trustee Comstock and seconded by Trustee Ely.
